▷ Current Massage Therapist Opening
We’re currently hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
This is a W-2, part-time position working approximately 3–4 days per week, with some Saturdays required. Collab Medspa is closed Sundays and Mondays.
Compensation: $33–$35 per service hour + tips
We also offer employee discounts and a set but flexible schedule.
Plus, you won’t be starting from zero. Our new LMT will be taking over an active book of massage clients. We also continue to market Collab through Google, email, text, social media, word of mouth, and more to bring new and returning clients through our doors.

Who we're looking for
We’re looking for Arizona Licensed Massage Therapists who love what they do, care about their clients, and thrive as part of a team.
Experience with different massage styles is a plus, but you do not need to be certified in every modality. We care about strong massage skills and experience. Just as important, we want someone who shares our passion for this industry and fits the culture we have worked hard to build.
