Randi
Nurse Injector, RN, BSN
Randi is a Registered Nurse with 8 years of clinical experience and 1 year specializing in medical aesthetics. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and refreshed through personalized treatment plans. Randi’s favorite treatments to perform are cheek filler for natural contour and lift, and the Nefertiti facelift to beautifully define the jawline and lower jowls.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Randi enjoys jet skiing and spending time with her puppies. She prides herself on creating a comfortable, trusting experience while delivering natural-looking results.

ALEXIS
Lead Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Alexis is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician. She received her esthetician license from the Aveda Institute. In addition, she earned her laser certification from the National Laser Institute in 2016.
Since then, she has been working in both medical aesthetics and laser treatments. Because of her experience, she provides safe and effective care at Collab MedSpa, known by many as the best med spa in Scottsdale.

She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Because of that, she understands the local lifestyle and skin needs. She also brings a personal touch to her work, shaped by her own experience with acne as a teen.
Katelyn graduated from Penrose Academy in 2023. After that, she advanced her training in laser aesthetics in 2024. Because of her continued education, she stays up to date on the latest treatments and techniques.
