Collab Medspa is celebrating 10 years in Scottsdale! As part of our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM, eligible guests will have opportunities to receive entries for our 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings.

There will be 10 separate prizes and 10 corresponding prize drawings. Guests will decide which prize drawing or drawings they would like to enter and how they would like to distribute the entries they receive.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

The Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings are open to individuals 18 years of age or older who participate in accordance with these Official Terms & Conditions.

Employees of Collab Medspa and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

All entries must be earned and submitted into the applicable prize drawing during the designated event period.

Entries received after the entry period has closed will not be eligible.

How to Receive Entries

Eligible guests will receive an initial entry by attending and registering for the Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Celebration.

Guests will also have opportunities to receive additional entries at no cost by visiting participating vendor, affiliate, or sponsor tables and completing designated free participation activities during the event.

The number and availability of additional entry opportunities may vary depending on the participating vendors, sponsors, affiliates, and activities available during the event.

Collab Medspa may use entry tickets, stamps, initials, entry cards, electronic check-ins, or other methods to verify entries earned during the event.

No purchase, payment, appointment booking, deposit, or other financial transaction is required to receive an entry or additional entries. Purchasing a product or service or booking an appointment will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

Entries that are altered, counterfeit, fraudulently obtained, improperly duplicated, or obtained outside of the permitted entry methods may be disqualified.

Choosing Your Prize Drawings

The anniversary celebration will feature 10 separate prizes, with an individual drawing conducted for each prize.

Guests decide how to use the entries they receive.

Each entry may be placed into the drawing for one prize of the participant’s choice.

Participants may place all of their entries into one prize drawing or distribute their entries among two or more of the 10 prize drawings in any combination they choose.

For example, a participant with five entries may place all five entries into one prize drawing, place one entry into five different prize drawings, or divide the five entries among several prizes.

There is no requirement to enter all 10 prize drawings.

Once an entry has been submitted into a designated prize drawing, the entry is considered final and may not be transferred to another prize drawing.

Each of the 10 prizes will have its own separate pool of eligible entries.

The odds of winning an individual prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries submitted specifically for that prize drawing.

Appointment Booking & Event Specials

Collab Medspa may offer appointment-booking opportunities, event specials, promotions, discounts, or other offers during the anniversary celebration.

These offers are separate from the 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings.

Guests are not required to book an appointment, purchase a service or product, place a deposit, or make any other payment to participate in the Prize Drawings.

Booking an appointment or making a purchase will not provide additional Prize Drawing entries or otherwise increase a participant’s chances of winning.

Participating Vendors, Affiliates & Sponsors

The Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Celebration may include participating vendors, affiliates, sponsors, and other businesses.

These participating businesses may host tables, provide complimentary activities, participate in event festivities, and contribute products, services, gift certificates, merchandise, or other prizes to the Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings.

Guests may be provided opportunities to earn additional entries by visiting participating tables and completing designated free activities.

No purchase from a participating vendor, affiliate, or sponsor is required to receive an eligible entry associated with a vendor-table activity.

Individual vendors, affiliates, or sponsors may also choose to conduct their own separate giveaways, promotions, or activities during the event.

Any separate promotion independently conducted or administered by a third-party business is subject to that business’s own terms and conditions and is not administered or sponsored by Collab Medspa unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Prizes

The anniversary celebration will feature 10 individual prizes provided by Collab Medspa and/or participating vendors, affiliates, sponsors, or other businesses.

Prizes may include Collab Medspa treatments or services, skincare products, gift certificates, merchandise, products, services from participating businesses, or other anniversary gifts.

The prizes will be identified at the event so participants can make their own decisions about which prize drawing or drawings they would like to enter.

Prize values, restrictions, expiration dates, scheduling requirements, and availability may vary.

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash through Collab Medspa unless specifically stated otherwise by the applicable prize sponsor.

Collab Medspa Treatment & Service Prizes

Any Collab Medspa treatment or service awarded as a prize remains subject to Collab Medspa’s normal consultation, medical eligibility, safety, contraindication, scheduling, and treatment requirements.

Winning a treatment does not guarantee that the treatment is medically or professionally appropriate for the winner.

If a winner is not an appropriate candidate for a particular Collab Medspa treatment, Collab Medspa may, when appropriate, substitute another Collab Medspa service of comparable value.

Vendor & Third-Party Sponsored Prizes

Prizes provided by participating vendors, affiliates, sponsors, or other third parties may be subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, expiration dates, scheduling requirements, and eligibility requirements established by the business providing the prize.

Unless otherwise stated, fulfillment of a third-party prize is the responsibility of the business providing that prize.

Collab Medspa does not make warranties regarding products or services supplied by third-party prize sponsors and is not responsible for a third party’s fulfillment, availability, scheduling, quality, or performance of its prize.

Winner Selection

There will be random drawings — one for each prize.

For each prize, one winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries submitted specifically for that prize.

Participants do not need to be present at Collab Medspa at the time of the drawings to win.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced through Collab Medspa’s social media channels on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Collab Medspa will also make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact information provided through event registration or the applicable entry process.

Participants should be cautious of fraudulent or impersonator social media accounts.

Collab Medspa will never require a winner to pay a fee or provide credit card or other payment information in order to claim a prize.

Participants May Win More Than One Prize

Participants may submit entries into as many of the 10 individual prize drawings as they choose.

Participants are eligible to win more than one prize.

Winning one prize does not disqualify a participant from another prize drawing in which that participant has submitted a valid entry.

If a participant is randomly selected as the winner of more than one prize, the participant will be entitled to claim each prize won, subject to these Official Terms & Conditions and any restrictions applicable to the individual prizes.

Claiming a Prize

Winners must respond to Collab Medspa and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines a prize, Collab Medspa reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries submitted for that particular prize.

A winner may be required to verify eligibility before receiving a prize.

Social Media Disclaimer

The Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings are sponsored and administered by Collab Medspa and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote the event or announce winners.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that information related to the Prize Drawings is being provided to Collab Medspa and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or another social media platform.

Privacy & Marketing

Information collected in connection with the Prize Drawings may be used by Collab Medspa to administer the drawings, verify entries, contact winners, and fulfill prizes.

Any optional consent to receive future marketing communications from Collab Medspa or a participating vendor should be handled separately from participation in the Prize Drawings.

Participation in the Prize Drawings does not require a participant to consent to marketing communications beyond communications reasonably necessary to administer the drawings.

General Conditions

By participating in the Collab Medspa 10-Year Anniversary Prize Drawings, entrants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions.

Collab Medspa reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or that involve fraud, tampering, unauthorized duplication, abuse of the entry process, or other conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of a drawing.

Collab Medspa reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel a Prize Drawing if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or operation of the drawing.

If a particular prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Collab Medspa’s reasonable control, Collab Medspa may substitute a prize of comparable value when appropriate.

The Prize Drawings are intended as complimentary activities offered in connection with Collab Medspa’s 10-Year Anniversary Celebration.
