What Does Lip Filler Actually Cost in Scottsdale? Here's What to Expect at Collab Medspa

If you’ve been thinking about lip filler and want to know what you’re actually getting into — cost, process, and all — you’re in the right place. We believe in being upfront so you can make the best decision for yourself. Here’s an honest breakdown of what lip filler looks like at Collab Medspa.

How Much Does Lip Filler Cost?

  •

At Collab Medspa, lip filler is priced at $550–$715 per syringe, depending on the product used. Most clients are happy with one syringe, though some prefer two to achieve a fuller look. During your consultation, our nurse Randi will take a good look at your lips and talk through what she recommends based on your goals — no pressure, just an honest conversation.

What Fillers Do We Use?

We offer a few different options so we can really customize the treatment to your lips and the look you’re going for:

  • Juvederm Volbella – Great for subtle definition and soft hydration. A popular choice for first-timers or those who want a natural enhancement.
  • Juvederm Ultra XC – Offers a bit more volume for clients who want a fuller result.
  • Restylane Kysse – Known for a very natural feel and movement. It blends beautifully with the lip tissue.
  • Evolysse Smooth – A newer option with a smooth consistency, ideal for natural-looking softness and hydration.

Not sure which one is right for you? That’s exactly what your free consultation is for.

Consultations Are Always Free

Before anything else, we invite you to come in for a complimentary consultation with Randi. She’ll listen to what you want, answer all your questions, and help you figure out the best approach — whether that’s a subtle refresh or something more noticeable. There’s no obligation, just a real conversation so you feel confident going in.

What About Healing and Aftercare?

Lip filler results are exciting, but it helps to know what to expect in the first couple of weeks:

The first 2–3 days are usually when you’ll notice the most swelling and possible bruising. This is totally normal and temporary.

Around the 2-week mark, the filler settles into its final shape. That’s when you’ll really be able to see your full results.

To help with healing, we recommend:

  • Taking Arnica before and after your treatment to minimize bruising
  • Icing the area gently after your appointment to help with swelling
  • Keeping up with your regular skincare routine — gentle cleansing and good moisturization support healing
  • Avoiding intense heat (saunas, hot yoga) for the first 24–48 hours

Prone to cold sores? Let us know ahead of time. We can prescribe Valtrex as a preventative measure so you’re not dealing with an outbreak on top of your healing process.

Ways to Make Lip Filler More Affordable

We want great results to feel accessible, which is why we offer a few flexible options:

CareCredit & Cherry Financing – Both allow you to break your treatment into manageable monthly payments. We’re happy to walk you through how to apply if you’re interested.

Collab Membership – This is one of our favorite options for clients who want to invest in their skin long-term. Our membership works like a savings account for your treatments. For example, a client who wants lip filler once a year and regular facials with dermaplaning might join our Level 3 membership at $142/month. That monthly amount builds in your account, covers your regular skincare services throughout the year, and by the time you’re ready for lip filler, you’ve already got the funds saved up — plus members receive a discount on all services, including filler.

If you’re curious whether a membership would work for your routine, just ask us. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense.
